CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any sessions that are not cancelled within a 12-hour time period the client is responsible to pay a $25 Fee that will be tacked onto the total of their next session. 

 

LATE POLICY: 

ALL sessions begin at the time you are scheduled, I give a 15-minute buffer from the start of appointment before you are considered a no-show.  At the 15-minute mark your session will either be cancelled or your appointment will be shortened in length, this is to ensure all clients get the time they have scheduled for and I stay on schedule. If you are late, you will still be required to pay the full amount for your session time booked.

NO-SHOW POLICY

I have a very strict three-strike policy, three no-shows and you will no longer be welcome to schedule with me. All no-shows will have a $25 Fee tacked onto the total amount at their next appointment.
